“La comida no la provee ya que no alcanzaba el desayuno pero la limpieza y comodidad de la cama son super bien , estaba en la planta baja y me encanto. No se las demas habitaciones pero la de planta baja super limpia, baño amplio (q eso es raro aveces encontrar)”

“Falta mantenimiento mi cama como que se la base no estaba bien y se hundía e iba de lado el colchón o no se si el colchón estaba vencido si se descansa no está incómodo está muy suave pero si se hunde mucho de ahí excelente staff me echaron la mano con el late check out para poderme bañar tranquila después del mil shopping antes de irme 😂”

“Excelente hotel, las opciones de desayuno son buenas para empezar el día: huevo, frijoles, salchichas, pan, waffles, yogurt, avena, todo el día hay café...el acceso a internet funciona perfectamente, el único detalle que noté en esta ocasión es que los ruidos del piso superior se filtraban mucho, pero en general todo muy bien.”

“We loved how clean and comfortable the room was and lazy river was very nice only thing we didnt like how it gets super shallow at entrance and we'd have to stand up and navigate to avoid hitting anyone other than that was amazing pool was great as well big and nice shaded area too and jacuzzi was awesome our bodies were so relaxed when we got out ”

“Sin duda lo mejor que tiene este hotel es su ubicación. Súper estratégico si vas al shopping. Ya se le empiezan a ver los años pero no diría que está mal. Desayuno de acorde a lo que pagas, eso sí, hay que reconocer que el personal de cocina es muy activo y servicial. Lo malo: su guest laundry requiere de una app que solo funciona con teléfonos estadounidenses y no hubo manera de hacerla funcionar con teléfonos de México (IOS y Android), ojalá cambien ese sistema. ”

“Hotel built in 1909 but was updated and has 2 elevators and valet parking. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast options and coffee were great. Fantastic location, 1 min walk to The Alamo, 5 min to Riverwalk and all the restaurants and shops there.
Would definitely stay there again”

“This was the night before our flight back home. We went straight to bed as we needed to be up at 3am to get ready for our flight out. Bed was very comfortable, and we slept well. The breakfast area was already in action and my husband made use of that. Check out very smoothly and shuttle service to the airport was excellent.”
